What primary services do you offer?
We offer pet sitting drop in visits for both short and long term vacationers. We also offer puppy play/potty packages, pet taxi services, and security check ins.
How do I book a service?
Booking a service is easy! You can call or text 850-586-3193. Email: kellyskritterssitter@gmail.com. Or fill out the Contact Form, on the website, letting us know what service you are looking to book and the days you need the service. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Is the Meet & Greet required?
Yes, we do require a meet & greet, so we can meet your pet family and they can meet us. This is much less stressful to your pets than if we were to just walk into your home on the first day of service. At the meet and greet, we will have you fill out the information form and the contract for services, take payment up front, and pick up a copy of the key. This service is always complimentary!
What forms of payment are accepted and what is the cancellation policy?
We accept Cash, Paypal, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due before or at the time of the first service.
The cancellation policy is as follows: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all overnight pet sitting services. The deposit is due to reserve the booking. We have limited overnight availability and this ensures that both parties are covered. The final payment is due 15 days prior to the first overnight service. It is fully refundable up until 10 days before the first service is to begin, less the non-refundable deposit.
Drop-in visits are fully refundable up until 48 hours in advance.
Early return home: Once a pet service reservation has begun, "No Refunds" or service credits will be issued for early returns. We have rearranged our schedule (family events, vacations, appointments) to be available for you. Please respect our commitment to you.
Will you keep the same schedule as I do for my pets?
We will attempt to always keep your pets on the same schedule you do, but we only guarantee a 2 hour window, unless your pet is on time sensitive medication. Pets that are on time sensitive medication are given priority and a set schedule.
Are you certified in Pet First Aid/CPR?
Yes. We are certified in both Pet First Aid and Pet CPR, so you can rest assured that we can handle any pet emergency!
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed in the state of Florida and insured and bonded through the Business Insurers of the Carolinas.
